We had the best experience at BMW with the entire team! We have owned Audi S5 V8, MB GLK and Mercedes-Benz C400. Neither dealership can come close to the team you have at BMW Regina! I can't stress enough how wonderful I feel about going to BMW. Dealing with a team who is proud of the brand they represent say tons. I'm happy to be part of the brand now too. If all BMW dealerships are like the Regina location, hats off to all of you! THANK YOU!
100% team effort! I hope I can think of everyone who I meet and was wanting to help any way they could! So great to see wonderful team service. Of course, Jarett and Ray, Dustin helped Jarett when we dropped in while Jarett was with another customer. Sam added his friendly personality offering to get us the coffee for Jarett to stay answering and telling all about the car i wanted. Mike in service getting me the winter tires, Steve & Mark are the names of two others that we meet (my fault if i got names wrong). And Kent walking us through the lease papers - wonderful guy Kent is too!! I can't remember the reception girl’s name, but she was sweet too. The lot boy - (name??) even was really friendly! Ray is a wonderful role model for the newer staff. Ray is an asset, as is Jarett! Dustin was so willing to be helpful too. I remember one other man that i haven't mentioned but I don't recall his name at all - however we saw him the day we picked up my wonderful new car and he was excited for us. WOW!
